Saudi Arabia Personal trainer and fitness coach Alwaleed got into Sports, fitness and wellness after it changed his life for the better.

Previous to being a personal trainer he was bit of a ‘coach potato’ and decided that had to change.

In less than a year he finished one of the toughest races in the world – the Full IRON Man Triathlon which is s a 3.9km swim, 180km bike ride and 42.2km run – all done in under 17 hours.

His experience includes creating different personal training and fitness plans.

Whether you want to lose some weight, gain muscle or be fitter in general PT Alwaleed can help.
