The app also allows them to upload videos and photos for form checks, but if they can’t wait to send their progress or need immediate advice, they can contact Jad through Whatsapp where I am available 24/7! This makes his PT service very flexible.

Jad's exercise methods can be adapted to his personal training clients goals. There is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to personal training. He will create and adapt your program based on your needs and goals.
As an online fitness expert Jad believes he can tailor make a successful training program based on what equipment you have at home. Whether that is free weights, bodyweight, or weight training machines.
The nutrition advice Jad provides includes:
- The daily caloric need to achieve your goals
- The macro split (carbs, fat and protein in grams) you need to achieve to get the most optimal results
- The easiest way to track total calories and macros to make sure you are on the right track
Jad can work with you as a personal fitness coach and use the equipment you currently have at home.
Gym training is not required for online personal training.
