Noufal has been professional training men and women with very different fitness goals since 2008.

For the past 12 years his knowledge and experience has included working with well established brands and high end clientele which have added great experience and knowledge to his personal training career.

Noufal uses many different training methods and techniques for his clients in Dubai with the focus of his coaching being on your goals. His training can easily be modified to fit the needs of his clients because each client is different.

His programs can aid in weight loss, performance and progression there by having optimal weight, strength endurance and functionality both within gym environment and outside of it through your day to day living.

Noufal started his own fitness journey when he was young and then it became his passion for life. At that time he was a bodybuilder and attended championships.

Using his many years of experience in personal training and personal development he is ideally suited to work with men and women in Dubai who want to make positive and lasting changes to their lifestyle through exercise, wellness and nutrition.
