Hi I’m Isak, are you ready to train with me?
I will work with your strengths to build your confidence & give you that feel good factor. I work with people of all fitness levels. From those that have never stepped into a gym, to those looking for the next challenge, we provide a range of personal training to suit varied health & fitness needs.
I began bodybuilding at the age of 15 and by the age of 21 had already won a few championships. However, I lost interest in taking part in such competitions. I realized that sharing information about bodybuilding with others brought me more joy.
It has been over 10 years now during which I have coached and trained numerous clients. I still find satisfaction and joy in motivating people about concepts in bodybuilding and fitness improvement.

My tried and tested personal training packages are tailored specifically to your needs and are perfect for those who desire to make a positive change as we head towards a new year.
I offer comprehensive fitness routines, specialising in weight loss, body fat % reduction, improved core strength and conditioning via highly motivational exercise sessions and nutritional planning and guidance.
TRAINING WILL BE IN A WEEK 3 SESSIONS 45 MINUTES TO 60 MINUTES MAX
WHICH IS TOTAL SESSIONS ARE 12 SESSIONS IN A MONTH
ADDITIONAL SESSIONS WILL BE ADD ON WITH HOLIDAYS PACKAGES WHICH WILL BE ADD ON WITH NO CHARGES ,THERE FOR YOU WILL BE GETTING ANOTHER 4 MORE SESSIONS ( 12 plus 4 goes to 16 sessions a month)

The kind of training equipment you will be using in Bahrain as part of your personal training will depend on your fitness goals.
Nutrition advice and dietary guidelines can be provided as part of your training program.
No special training equipment is required for training with Isak.
